Job Summary
Conduct hourly audits by pulling samples against packaging specifications and work instructions. Perform visual inspection and packing of vials into customer configurations, including shrinking modules per SOP and applying labels according to articles. Write reject stickers for non-conforming ware and alert auditors immediately. Maintain hourly packer count sheets for production and communicate visual or dimensional defect trends to operators, QA auditors, and shift supervisors. Wear all required PPE and clear room attire. Commit to meeting customer requirements and participating in continuous improvement activities while following EHS policies and the 4 C's framework.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or (GED) or equivalent on the job experience
- Must be able to wear all PPE and required clear room smocks, gloves, hairnets, etc.
- Commit to meeting the customer requirements
- Follow all applicable EHS policies and procedures
- Follow the 4 C's outlined in the company policy - communication, commitment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
