Job Summary
Packer Operator on 3rd shift packaging and operating machinery to produce Land O'Lakes Purina Animal Nutrition products. Responsibilities include complying with safety processes, adhering to quality standards and SOPs, packaging final products, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with leads and management to complete daily tasks. Requires 18+ years old, at least 1 year of work experience, basic computer and math skills, ability to read/write/understand English instructions, willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is 11PM-7:30AM with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed; includes a shift differential. Location: STATESVILLE, NC, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
