Job Summary
Pack eggs into cartons and crates, prepare packaging for the day, verify each package is labeled properly, maintain a clean work area, and assist team members as needed. The role requires reading labels, attention to detail, ability to work at a fast pace with repetitive tasks, and availability to work 7 days a week including holidays; shifts typically end around 4 pm and can extend to 7 pm on several days. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and match labels
- Must demonstrate attention to details
- Must be able to work at a fast-pace, stand in one space and complete repetitive tasks for extended time periods
- Must be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidays
- Must have good punctuality and be clocked in and ready to work on time, every day scheduled
- Must be able to stay until eggs have completely run out of houses. Work shift usually ends at around 4 pm may work until 7 pm several days in a row
