Job Summary
Pack rolls of tape into corrugate containers according to specifications; assist operators as needed; troubleshoot; adhere to safety policies and procedures; follow written and verbal instructions; demonstrate basic computer skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere. Roles involve rotating 12-hour day/night shifts (including weekends) with an average of about 14 days off per month. Qualifications include Grade 12, 3–5 years manufacturing experience, math/mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work rotating shifts. Compensation includes $21.18–$21.88/hr plus company benefits after probation.
