Job Summary
Packer – responsible for removing castings from the seasoning line, performing final quality inspections to ensure first- and second-quality products, labeling and packaging accurately, closing and stacking packages, and preparing pallets for wrapping and shipment. Must operate packing, scanning, and wrapping equipment, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. Requires safety-conscious, dependable team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to craftsmanship in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Forklift license is advantageous
