Job Summary
Pack vinyl products from extrusion lines per specifications, recognize and remove defective items, and prepare cartons for shipment by gluing, stapling, and stacking. Maintain piece counts, ensure proper carton closure, and transport finished goods to skids while keeping the workspace free of scrap. Monitor end caps and report discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor, participate in inventory counts, and comply with all safety policies. Perform other duties as required. Must work 12-hour rotating Continental shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 12 hour Continental shift
- Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have a good working knowledge of packing process
- Must be comfortable using air operated equipment
- Must be able to lift production
