Job Summary
Inspect pre-cooked or post-cooked food products entering or exiting the cooker, monitor frozen items in the pack-off area, and stack finished product cases onto specified pallets. Manually assemble and pack product meeting line standards while lifting cases up to 50 pounds. Check packaging for damage, ensure correct pallet labels are applied, and adjust tape machine configurations for different case pack sizes. Perform line sanitations, monitor equipment for issues, and dispose of non-compliant products per QC standards. Adhere to safety regulations, wear provided PPE, and use mechanical assistance for heavy lifts. Communicate production issues and unsafe conditions to the team and leadership. Maintain flexibility to adapt to varying line speeds in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and self-driven
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
