Job Summary
Set up and operate film and packaging equipment, monitor machines for issues, and remove finished product from conveyors to pack into containers. Inspect product for defects, assist with changeovers and material adjustments, and communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean work area, support general housekeeping, and perform cycle counts or basic troubleshooting as assigned. Train employees and follow all safety rules while wearing required personal protective equipment. Work rotating shifts in a physically demanding environment involving lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work safely in a team environment
- Able to follow work instructions and procedures
- Good attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Regular lifting up to 55 lbs
- Standing for extended periods
- Rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)
