Packer/Inspector - NIGHT SHIFT-1

Remove finished product from machines and inspect for quality; ensure packaging meets production work order specifications, including special instructions for packaging, skids, cartons, cradles, banding, and samples. Inspect products for customer requirements and defects, assist in start-up and changeover of machinery/orders, perform required quality checks on all orders, and ensure packaging requirements per the Work Order. Enter production in JDE and print necessary paperwork, complete at least one Workplace Observation per month, apply customer labels neatly, follow identification sheets and bar codes, and adhere to GMP practices. Maintain clean, safe work area, manage paperwork to avoid intermixing with orders, and be able to lift 50 pounds and operate tape measure and weigh scale. Demonstrate Amcor values and contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.
