Job Summary
Remove completed thermoformed sheets from machines and visually inspect them for defects. Segregate non-conforming product per inspection control plans and report issues to operators. Assemble cardboard cartons, stack parts per job specifications, and seal boxes while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Keep accurate part counts, make new boxes as needed, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Read specification sheets and perform additional duties as assigned. Work the 2nd shift (3:15 PM – 1:45 AM) Monday through Thursday at Huntley for $19.32/hour plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months previous production line experience
- Self-motivated
- Willing to learn
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good vision
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong manual dexterity and agility
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach
- Ability to push and pull
- Ability to read, write, and perform verbal communication
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:15 PM – 1:45 AM)
- Willingness to work Monday - Thursday schedule
- Ability to work in Huntley, IL
