Job Summary
Examines and packs products while maintaining production and quality standards. Packs polyethylene bags/liners, checks width, length, seal strength, and labeling, maintains counts in the system, reports production or equipment issues, assists in startup and breaks, and preserves a clean, safe work area on a rotating 12-hour shift (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) in Sterling, MA. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong written/verbal/interpersonal skills, and good vision/coordination; overtime and physical stamina for long shifts are expected.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and write to complete required forms and verify quality products are produced
