Job Summary
As a Packer Inspector on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) at Pretium Packaging, you will inspect finished plastic products for defects, package them according to specifications, label packages with product information and warnings, monitor production line efficiency, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors. You will maintain a clean, organized work area, manage packaging-material inventory, and support safety practices. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed
