Job Summary
Packer responsible for setting up and organizing the work area with boxes, bags, tape, and supplies; data entry of production transactions; moving and staging product for packaging; placing blanks into cartons or gaylords and sealing bundles; visually inspecting products for defects; labeling completed cartons or gaylords and stacking on pallets; preparing completed pallets for shipping; able to work a 12-hour shift and overtime as needed; follow safety and company guidelines to support Huhtamaki’s mission of sustainable packaging and protecting food, people, and the planet.
