Job Summary
Packer in the Finishing Department packs finished product into cartons according to customer standards, ensures labels are applied neatly, performs quality checks every third carton, and completes line clearance after a job. Maintains packing speed, follows make-ready procedures, and may assist with tape application and final packaging steps. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work as part of the Operations Team to keep the production area safe and organized.
