Packer/Final Inspector

Inspect each pair against cosmetic and construction standards, rejecting items that do not meet specifications. Set heel pads and insoles, then lace, clean, and dress the boot for presentation. Verify pair match and size before boxing, ensuring no mismatches reach the customer. Box, label, and carton to customer packaging specifications, including brand-specific requirements. Stage cartons for carrier pickup in ship-schedule order and log every defect found with its source department. This production floor role requires standing and walking for most of the shift, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, and hearing and eye protection in designated areas. Steel-toe footwear is required.
