Packer- B Shift (3:45pm-4am)

Perform all assigned packing tasks efficiently and accurately while following company procedures. Inspect all boxes and packages to ensure proper packing standards and correct date coding. Monitor overflow product to minimize waste and maximize product recovery. Maintain accurate records related to packaging and production documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Provide coverage and support in other departments when needed. Assist with training new team members as assigned. Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions related to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF. Apply food safety knowledge and demonstrate compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies applicable to job responsibilities. Meet or exceed quality, safety, sanitation, and production performance standards. Perform other related duties assigned by supervision.
