Job Summary
Inspect finished plastic products for defects and package according to specifications, including labeling and ensuring proper sealing. Monitor production line efficiency, communicate quality concerns to supervisors, maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage packaging materials, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Requires high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and physical stamina for standing and lifting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed
