Job Summary
Packer role on 3rd shift in Bonnell Aluminum manufacturing. Responsible for packing finished parts per customer specifications; verify parts are properly packed and banded; tag bundles; inspect parts for surface defects, bow, and twist; measure parts to meet shop orders; record data on EPICS; communicate with Supervisors and co-workers; maintain clean, safe workstation; wear PPE; report quality or safety concerns; perform duties with minimal supervision and may transfer to other departments as needed. Requires ability to read shop orders and tape measures, lift up to 50 pounds, operate banding equipment, air nail gun, and radial arm saw; familiarity with decimals, fractions, tolerances, and quality gauges; strong verbal and written communication and basic math skills. Shift: 10-hour night shifts Sunday night to Wednesday night; OT may be required. Starting pay $16.97/hour plus $1.00 shift premium, located in Niles, MI; includes benefits such as paid vacation, medical/dental/Life/401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

- Must be able to understand decimals, fractions, and tolerances

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
