Job Summary
Accurately weigh, fill, and label liquid chemical materials into containers while maintaining inventory and quality control through Manufacturing Execution System and SAP. Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials, precision weighing, testing scales, and utilizing Weight Assisted Computer, MES, and SAP to input actual amounts and confirm delivery quantities. Adhere to strict safety protocols and labeling protocols, including printing labels, selecting sizes, proper placement, and applying tamper-evidence seals. Close containers by crimping and sealing while upholding GMP and HACCP standards. Work an 8-hour shift on the 2nd shift in Princeton, NJ, tolerating strong odors and allergens.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
- Ability to be on your feet for 8-hour shift
- Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose
- Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year chemical manufacturing experience preferred
