Job Summary
Packer on 2nd shift responsible for packaging tortillas, operating Auto Baggers and pallet jacks, entering production data into the ERP and Machine Log systems, and performing QA/quality checks. Duties include rotating between packaging lines, loading bags/boxes, inspecting products for weight and specifications, following SQF/GMP/HACCP/OSHA safety standards, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. Proficiency with basic computer skills, RF gun use, and data entry into the ERP/TGI systems is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
