Job Summary
Packer on 2nd shift responsible for manually packing products into cartons and displays, preparing packaging materials, and performing final quality inspections. Duties include folding, taping, labeling, stacking cartons/trays on pallets, operating or assisting with tray making or stapling machines, ensuring proper bag registration and codes, removing defective products, maintaining clean and safe work areas per 5S guidelines, and assisting with equipment changeovers. Role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a loud, wet/humid environment with exposure to moving parts and chemicals, and overtime as needed. Starting wage is $18.60/hour with full-time benefits. Education/experience: HS diploma or GED and/or 1 year of production experience preferred. Safety, sanitation, and adherence to company policies are emphasized.
