Job Summary
Operate pallet jack and perform core cutting and weighing tasks to produce packaged products per customer specifications. Responsibilities include maneuvering pallet jacks safely, cutting cores, cycle winding, loading and aligning cores on shafts, banding per specification, and operating stretch wrappers. Work on 12-hour shifts with a 2-2-3 rotation (days 12pm-12am; nights 12am-12pm). Must lift up to 50 lbs and wear steel-toed shoes. Requires adherence to safety and quality standards, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
