Job Summary
Repack Packaging Associate at Covington, TN: perform packaging tasks including labeling, repackaging cases, assembling and stacking boxes, operating conveyor, pulling orders from warehouse, and stocking items. Maintain quality control, ensure products meet standards, follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures, and comply with manager instructions. Requires ability to communicate and perform basic arithmetic, lift 50–60 lbs, work in a cold/wet environment, and be on site Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. with overtime as needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Knowledge of produce and warehouse operations advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
- Stand for long periods
- Operate in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of produce (preferred)
- Follow safety rules and procedures
