Job Summary
Operate grinding and packaging equipment to process coffee according to the daily production schedule, performing routine adjustments, quality checks, and record completion. Monitor equipment performance, report issues to maintenance, and maintain a safe, clean, organized work area while adhering to food safety and GMP standards. Assist with training team members and temporary workers as needed. This 2nd shift role requires 1 year of production experience, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of production experience as a machine technician or machine operator
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
- Ability to uphold and follow safety, food safety, and production quality standards
- Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and reliability
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to work on your feet for over 9 straight hours
- Must be able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift
- Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during the shift
- Must be able to handle/move up to 750-pound bins on casters
