Job Summary
Operate production machinery, perform necessary setting adjustments, and manage film and ribbon changes including dye transitions. Ensure products have correct components, verify label and date placement throughout the shift, and monitor equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime. Fill out required documentation before each run and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding shift situations. Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices for food safety, quality, and process efficiency. This role supports SK Food Group's manufacturing operations in Tolleson, AZ, producing products for retail, convenience, and transportation sectors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from accredited college or technical school in Mechanical studies is preferred
- Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Read equipment manuals and diagrams
- Understand and be able to practice basic troubleshooting skills
- Regular and predictable attendance

- Working in a warehouse environment
- Frequently exposed to working near moving mechanical parts
- Extreme cold (non-weather)
- Occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock
- Wet, humid conditions (non-weather)
