Job Summary
Weigh, count, label, and package all marijuana product forms produced by Sinse, ensuring every unit meets accuracy and quality standards. Apply labels, barcodes, and lab test results to containers, fill tubes and bags with cannabis products, and operate ancillary packaging equipment. Perform visual quality control inspections for uniformity and structural integrity while maintaining daily production records and reporting output to your Team Lead. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and restock packaging supplies at the end of each shift to meet required hourly production goals. This role is part of the Post-Processing team at our Cherokee facility, serving as the final checkpoint before product reaches the shelf.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a general laborer, production worker, or in a similarly hands-on role
- Sharp attention to detail with a head for numbers and counts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Agent ID
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly; occasional lifts over 30 lbs
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods and maneuver around a warehouse environment
- Able to push carts and wheelbarrows of up to 50 lbs
- Able to occasionally reach or work above shoulder height
- Must be available for 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm) or 2nd shift (Thursday–Sunday, 7:00am–5:30pm)
