Job Summary
Cut and package processed products, including raw and smoked items, using shrink machines and weighing scales. Label all packages per USDA guidelines, box products for shipping, and operate packaging equipment while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. Sanitize packaging areas and equipment daily, ensuring all operations meet USDA requirements. Full-time position with set schedules, offering tuition reimbursement, 401K matching, and meal discounts. Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification
- Ability to understand English for all job-related circumstances
- Ability to add, subtract, using whole numbers
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years' of food manufacturing experience
