Job Summary
The Packaging Team Lead oversees packaging and inspecting of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and health safety requirements during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience working in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Knowledge of cGMP and safe work practices
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office and shop floor ERP systems
