Packaging Team Lead

Packaging Team Lead oversees coordinating packaging needs on production equipment, ensuring materials (foil, cartons, trays, etc.) are supplied, assisting packaging operators, setting up and operating multiple packaging machines (carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, top closers, palletization), ensuring labels match products, managing break schedules, and supporting troubleshooting and training initiatives, while auditing packer work and quality checks. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety standards; shift is 6pm–6:30am.
