Job Summary
Lead production staff and oversee packaging operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations. Identify opportunities for quality process improvements, yield, and efficiency while implementing new packaging technologies and configurations. Provide technical support for quality issues and line efficiency, develop validation strategies, and manage packaging tech transfer action items. Actively support readiness for regulatory audits and inspections. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, three years of pharmaceutical supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Schedule is administrative and based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- at least three (3) years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- at least three (3) years of prior experience in a supervisory role
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Leading production staff
- Planning, organizing, staffing, performance assessment, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations
