Packaging Supervisor

Lead and supervise employees by conducting training sessions on job functions, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety protocols while ensuring adherence to company standards. Monitor equipment settings and operations to maintain proper functionality, then control process standards throughout slicing, packaging, and coding stages. Coordinate material supply to meet production requirements and supervise the completion of process control and quality assurance documentation. Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, while accurately completing required reports on productivity, downtime, and quality within specified deadlines. Maintain regular communication with department heads regarding employee performance, equipment status, and sanitation issues, and address employee issues at the initial stage. Perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and working in high ambient temperatures, with weekend work required when scheduled.
