Analyze material and inventory flows to accelerate physical movement and design improvements for internal and external logistics processes. Support the implementation of tools, equipment, and transportation protocols while monitoring visual reorder and pull flow systems. Troubleshoot production continuity issues by coordinating with carriers, negotiating logistics protocols, and managing backup plans for carrier accounts. Measure transportation costs to drive budget reductions and alert management during crises. Maintain Quality System and safety standards while participating in the Valeo Production System.
