Job Summary
Packaging Specialist focused on growing the cushioning portfolio across the North Central Region in partnership with local Account Managers and the Regional Sales Director. Responsible for understanding customer needs and market dynamics related to cushioning, presenting product and solution knowledge to distribution channels, collaborating with Packaging Application Centers on custom projects, preparing value analyses and key product specifications to help the sales team close or retain business, and aligning with RSD and sales training to mitigate knowledge gaps in a timely fashion.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS a plus
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales
- 3+ years of MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel overnight
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM knowledgeable
