Job Summary
Packaging Specialist responsible for palletizing, wrapping, and preparing products for shipping using PaceJet and RF Smart. Responsibilities include pulling and processing orders, packing to shipping requirements, labeling and packaging bundles per instructions, operating an electric pallet jack, maintaining a clean work area, and upholding attendance, efficiency, and work quality. Additional duties include stacking and wrapping pallets, weighing and recording non-FTL orders, scanning items into PaceJet, and ensuring compliance with quality, 6S, and OSHA programs. Warehouse environment with potential overtime/weekends; physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and exposure to non-ambient conditions. Strong emphasis on dependability, teamwork, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years packaging experience preferred
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Basic computer, reading, and math skills required
