Job Summary
Packaging Specialist to manage and deliver packaging development for innovation and renovation projects, support sustainability strategy, and maintain technical specifications. Responsibilities include project managing packaging components for marketing innovation/renovation, coordinating with mills and third parties, ensuring functional and safe packaging with improved sustainability while meeting timelines and budget. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong written and verbal communication, and experience in packaging development methods, artwork approval, and pallet design; familiarity with sustainability data, APCO targets, and related technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Five years experience minimum leading packaging development in FMCG or similar
- Experience in packaging development methods, print technology and artwork approval
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with sustainability packaging technologies and knowledge of APCO targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Adobe; SAP, pallet design software & PREP system
