Job Summary
Weigh cannabis products accurately and place them into appropriate containers while ensuring all items are labeled correctly with strain, weight, and potency. Maintain high quality control standards and track inventory of packaging materials and finished products. Adhere strictly to state and local regulations regarding cannabis packaging and labeling, and keep the packaging area clean and sanitized. Document any discrepancies or issues with packaging processes and collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to consistently wear appropriate PPE (ie; masks, gloves, Tyvek suits) to prevent cross contamination and uphold cleanliness standards
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations is a plus
