Job Summary
Maintain proper GMPs and housekeeping while performing assigned bakery line assembly tasks. Operate equipment and work on ovens under provided training, conducting basic quality control and scaling operations. Provide direction to other employees as needed. Read and write English, perform basic math with fractions and decimals, and interpret thermometers if applicable. Work the first shift Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until production ends in Appleton, WI. Immediate start available for temp-to-hire full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand English
- Read and write English
- Ability to count and do basic math; add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals in English or Spanish
- Ability to read thermometers if applicable
- Ability to understand and operate scaling equipment (training provided)
