Job Summary
Accurately weigh and fill bags according to specific order requirements, then inspect packaging for proper seals, correct labeling, and overall presentation. Assist in boxing finished products and prepping shipments for delivery or retail while maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation compliant with food safety standards. Coordinate with roasting and fulfillment teams to meet daily production goals. This full-time, 1st shift role in Appleton offers $17/hr starting pay and includes some manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting up to 30–50 lbs
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and a 'can-do' attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, production, or food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
