Packaging Sales Representative

Packaging Sales Representative responsible for driving growth in the packaging and produce industries by building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and expanding market share. Responsibilities include researching potential customers via cold outreach and events, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, delivering customized product or service presentations, negotiating terms and closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and producing regular activity and forecast reports. Requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work remotely while traveling internationally. MBA or equivalent leadership education strongly preferred, with experience in packaging/produce and a proven B2B sales track record; bilingual English/Spanish is an asset. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international travel and travel internationally without restrictions.
