Job Summary
Packaging Sales Executive responsible for selling packaging machinery, packaging films, and co-packing services to customers locally and nationally. Develop and execute custom packaging solutions, achieve sales and gross profit goals, cultivate new accounts through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing, and manage web leads via video or phone meetings to close opportunities. Maintain customer files, deliver samples as needed, and foster positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, industry experience in packaging solutions, CRM experience (Salesforce), strong negotiation and relationship-development skills, and effective communication. Work independently in Kansas with a salary-based position transitioning to commission-based earnings.

- Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging machinery equipment, packaging films and materials (high speed packaging lines, shrink film, shrink bundling film, stretch film, pouches, case sealing tape, labels, strapping material, corner boards, roll bags, wicket bags, folding cartons, clamshells, blisters, shipping cases)
