Job Summary
Packaging/warehouse operator responsible for running bottle, can, and keg packaging equipment, performing CIP cycles, and conducting QC procedures throughout packaging runs. Maintain clean, compliant work areas per FDA/CDC and local guidelines; organize and manage warehouse space; assist in inventory accuracy; adhere to GMPs, UCBC policies, and OSHA regulations; emphasize safety and sanitization, with flexible scheduling including some evenings and early mornings. Requires 1-2 years in a production setting and a High School diploma or GED; forklift/scissor-lift certifications preferred or obtainable.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and some early mornings)
- Certification: Scissor lift (preferred)
- Certification: Forklift (can obtain at UCBC)
