Job Summary
Packaging Operator (Rotating) responsible for operating automated packaging equipment to fill liquid bleach products at Clorox's Aberdeen, MD facility. Duties include operating packaging line equipment, performing changeovers, fixing equipment malfunctions, identifying and addressing quality issues, maintaining inventory of parts, and collaborating with engineering and safety teams. Roles may rotate among shifts (1st: 7am–3:30pm; 2nd: 3pm–11:30pm; 3rd: 11pm–7:30am) with overtime as business needs dictate. Requires High School diploma or GED (or 2 years of operator experience) and the ability to work in a medium-exertion manufacturing environment; basic computer skills and strong communication are needed. Starting hourly rate $24.92–$28.30; must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift and comply with OSHA and Clorox safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or 2 years of operator experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work three shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd) and overtime as needed
