Job Summary
Conduct machine support and operations for Cell 6/6.2, including troubleshooting, creating recipe settings, and assisting with trial work for new equipment and SKUs. Coordinate with Maintenance, PCT, and E&I teams for escalations, track preventative maintenance documentation, and serve as a cell operator as needed. Participate in validation activities, FAT testing, and new equipment onboarding, while acting as a technical resource for training associates on machine operation and troubleshooting. Maintain safety standards and support a safety-first environment across all shifts. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of machine operator experience, and forklift certification, with training scheduled Monday through Wednesday from 5:30pm to 5:30am.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of machine operator experience (or equivalent)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office for tracking and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse team
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and follow established procedures
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting
- Occasional lifting (10–50 lbs), squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, driving, and forklift operation
- Must be able to perform job functions within a manufacturing plant environment
- TRAINING SCHEDULE: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri
- REGULAR SCHEDULE: Monday through Wednesday 5:30pm - 5:30am; Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with JDE, DocuShare, or machine recipe entry is a plus
