Job Summary
Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targets and assist with daily production tasks. Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery, serving as the first point of call for technical issues. Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, and equipment to ensure operational decisions meet targets. Requires GCSE-level mechanical training or background with experience leading or coordinating a small team. Rotating 12-hour schedule including day and night shifts.
