Job Summary
Assemble boxes and lids, staple, label, and palletize goods while maintaining high quality standards. Safely operate packaging and transfer equipment following Visual Operating Procedures, then perform precise repacking tasks to support production and warehouse flow. Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and running efficiently. Demonstrate speed and accuracy while lifting up to 55 lbs in both indoor and outdoor environments. Adhere strictly to PPE rules, OSHA regulations, and site Quality Manual standards. Work rotational shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am with strict on-time attendance, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work fast, accurately, and independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Full compliance with PPE rules
- Full compliance with OSHA regulations
- Full compliance with site Quality Manual standards
