Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in packaging operations
- Ability to work in a safe manner
- Understand and follow Food Safety policies
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Ability to troubleshoot process related issues
- Working knowledge of digital scales
- Ability to mix doughs according to recipe
- Follow FIFO, Mix lot number and documentation accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Clean mixers and work areas properly
- Observe all plant safety, GMP and allergen procedures
