Job Summary
Operate sealers, drying ovens, test equipment, label makers, and sterilizer racks while assembling, inspecting, and packaging devices per operating procedures. Maintain clean room and finished goods manufacturing standards by vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements. Complete Device History Records and assist in implementing lean thinking programs. Requires prior experience in medical device or electronics assembly, computer literacy, and ability to work overtime in a controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to comprehend work instructions written in English
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy is required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 or more years of experience working in a medical device/electronics assembly/packaging environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to sit, stand, move, twist and bend to operate, move and clean equipment and clean room(s)
- The ability to work overtime
- Must be able to work in a Clean Room or Manufacturing floor environment
