Job Summary
Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products while ensuring finished goods meet quality specifications and customer demand. Perform manual inspection of in-process components to remove defective items and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts. Operate pallet jacks for shipping and receiving larger packages and crates, assist with batch record calculations, and conduct routine equipment cleaning. Adhere to all personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements, including gowning and hazardous waste handling. Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions to support the production team.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Experience using pallet jack or other shipping/receiving dock equipment with larger packages/pallets/material
- Team player mindset
- Safety mindset
- High quality and detail oriented
- High school diploma/GED
- A minimum of 1 year of industry work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Good documentation practices
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality
- US Citizens Or GC Holders Only
