Job Summary
Review work orders to determine packaging requirements, then load product into machines while monitoring their function. Visually inspect raw products for defects and packaged goods for quality standards, transferring defective items and applying identification labels to boxes. Perform manual weighing and counting of product, placing finished items into boxes and accurately completing departmental paperwork. Work in a fast-paced packaging environment up to 8 hours daily, lifting up to 50 lbs, with exposure to loud noise. Use required personal protective equipment and report hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Functional vision
- Functional hearing
- Basic reading skills
- Basic writing skills

- Good mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately from verbal instructions
