Job Summary
Packaging a variety of products according to customer specifications; duties include reviewing work orders, inspecting product for defects, weighing/counting, loading into packaging machines, monitoring machine function, unloading and inspecting packaged product, labeling, and completing departmental paperwork. Requires safety compliance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM with potential overtime).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
